    A few Synthino XM owners have had their Synthino XM stop working suddenly or begin to act very erratically. We believe this is a firmware corruption issue caused by a low battery condition, but the good news is that it can be fixed by simply reloading the device firmware over USB from your computer. Detailed instructions are available for Windows and Mac users. Don’t be intimidated by the reload procedure, it is really quite simple and works every time.
